CROSSROADS 1

Exported direct from Singapore's Orchard Road to one of South Mumbai's sprawling up-market neighborhoods is India's most ambitious shopping mall to date, Crossroads. The 150,000 square-feet shopping mall, large by Indian standards, was surprisingly a conversion of three concrete buildings formerly used for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Modern architectural features such as Teflon-coated fiberglass retractable roof, car elevator, video wall and glass lift were imported to add to the international "shoppertaiment" flavour.

CROSSROADS 2

Crossroads 2 has been designed in empathy with the Crossroads brand image established by the first Crossroads project and uses a mix of glass curtain wall and aluminum cladding. The building has retail, F & B outlets and entertainment on the first (ground) and second storey and a five screen Cineplex with a capacity of 1250 on the third storey.
