The first DP Architects Foosball Champion League played its final match on 3rd June with Kok Siang and Dawn emerging as champions.
The season kicked off with the opening ceremony held in our very own pantry. Players and organisers alike had a raving time toasting with Coke and feasting on Oreo cookies.
20 teams of men and women went through rounds of ruthless... ferocious... elimination matches. And finally, we have the 2 strongest teams vying for the prestigious and first-ever Foosball Champion League trophy: Brandon Lai and Linda Lee VS Kok Siang and Dawn!
The final match was filled with heart-stopping moments and not to mention muffled screams of panic and delight! The match was after all held in the confines of an office, and the noise level had to be kept to a 'corporate' level that day....
Then Kok Siang and Dawn dealt their opponents a final and deadly blow! Bang! Goal! We have the champions!!!
The winners went home with a $500 Cathay Photo vouchers. A husband and wife team... don't play play....
